Honex A+ Pest Solutions LLC · Effective Date: August 21, 2026 · Last Updated: August 21, 2026 · Website: gethonex.com
Honex A+ Pest Solutions LLC ("Honex," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit gethonex.com, request information from us, book pest-control services, communicate with us, participate in a promotion, giveaway, or sweepstakes, use appointment lookup or future customer-account features, interact with our advertisements, receive pest-control services, or otherwise interact with Honex.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, booking systems, customer-service channels, service operations, advertising activities, and other interactions with Honex. By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
What we collect depends on how you interact with Honex. We attempt to collect only information reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide pest-control services, communicate with customers, process transactions, administer promotions, improve our services, maintain security, and perform the other activities described in this Privacy Policy.
2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY
When you book a service, contact us, participate in a promotion, or otherwise interact with Honex, we may collect information including:
- name
- service address
- billing address, if different
- telephone number
- email address
- pest or problem selected
- appointment date and time
- communications with Honex
- service requests
- customer preferences
- information voluntarily provided to customer service
- information provided when requesting a callback or retreatment
- information associated with a cancellation, rescheduling, complaint, or service concern
- information associated with promotional or giveaway entries
- other information you voluntarily choose to provide.
3. SERVICE ADDRESS AND LOCATION INFORMATION
Honex collects addresses and related location information needed to determine whether a property is within our service area, schedule pest-control services, route technicians, verify service locations, provide estimated arrival information, maintain service records, and administer customer accounts.
We do not intend to continuously track the precise physical location of customers through their personal devices. A customer may occasionally receive technician location or estimated-arrival information when a technician is traveling to the customer's property. Technician-tracking functionality does not mean that Honex continuously tracks the customer's location.
4. PAYMENT AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION
When you purchase services, payment information may be collected and processed by a third-party payment processor on our behalf. Depending on the payment method and technical integration, Honex may receive transaction-related information such as payment status, transaction amount, date and time, payment-method type, limited payment-card details such as the last four digits, transaction identifiers, billing information, and information needed to process refunds, recurring payments, disputes, or chargebacks.
Full payment-card credentials may be collected directly by a payment processor rather than stored by Honex. We use payment-related information to process initial service payments, recurring monthly payments, authorized additional services, refunds where applicable, fraud prevention, billing disputes, accounting, and chargebacks.
5. RECURRING PAYMENT INFORMATION
Customers enrolled in recurring pest-control service may authorize recurring monthly payments. We may maintain information showing that recurring billing was authorized, the customer's recurring rate, payment dates, payment status, failed payment attempts, account suspension or cancellation status, and changes to recurring pricing. Payment credentials used for recurring billing may be maintained by payment-processing providers using secure payment tokens or similar technology.
6. PEST-CONTROL SERVICE RECORDS
When we provide services, we may create and maintain records concerning the property and service performed. These records may include service address, appointment date and time, technician assigned, pest activity observed, target pests, areas inspected, areas treated, treatment methods, products or materials used, trap placements, technician observations, treatment recommendations, sanitation or structural conditions relevant to pest activity, customer instructions, callback requests, retreatments, service history, customer approvals, additional services offered, accepted, or declined, and other information reasonably related to pest management at the property.
We maintain these records for operational, safety, regulatory, customer-service, quality-control, billing, insurance, and dispute-resolution purposes.
7. PHOTOGRAPHS AND SERVICE DOCUMENTATION
Honex technicians may take photographs or similar visual documentation relating to a pest-control service, including pest activity, treatment areas, entry points, traps or monitoring devices, property conditions relevant to treatment, and before/after conditions.
These photographs may be associated with the customer's service record and may be used to document work performed, show customers pest activity or property conditions, support quality control and training, resolve disputes, support insurance matters, comply with regulatory obligations, and document recommendations.
We will not intentionally use identifiable photographs of a customer's private property for public advertising or promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
8. COMMUNICATIONS WITH HONEX
When you communicate with us by telephone, text message, email, website form, or another communication channel, we may collect and retain the communication and related information, including contact details, date and time, message content, appointment requests, customer-service notes, service questions, complaints, billing communications, and follow-up history. We may associate these communications with your customer or service record.
9. TELEPHONE CALLS AND CALL RECORDING
Honex may use telephone systems that provide call-management, quality-control, routing, analytics, transcription, or recording capabilities. Honex does not currently represent that every telephone call is recorded.
If Honex records a telephone call in circumstances where notice or consent is required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice or obtain required consent before or in connection with recording. Call recordings, when used, may be used for quality assurance, customer service, training, documenting customer instructions, resolving disputes, fraud prevention, and business administration.
10. TEXT MESSAGES
If you provide a mobile telephone number, Honex may use text messaging for transactional and service-related communications such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival notices, estimated arrival times, rescheduling, service updates, callback scheduling, payment notices, customer-service messages, and follow-up communications.
Where permitted and where appropriate consent has been obtained, Honex may also send promotional text messages concerning special offers, discounts, seasonal promotions, pest-control reminders, referral opportunities, giveaways, contests, new services, and other Honex marketing.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing Honex pest-control services where applicable law requires separate consent. Marketing-message recipients may opt out using the method provided in the message, such as replying STOP, where applicable. Message and data rates may apply.
11. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
We may use your email address for transactional communications including booking confirmations, receipts, appointment reminders, service instructions, technician or scheduling updates, billing notifications, recurring-price notifications, account information, service follow-up, and customer-service communications.
We may also send marketing emails concerning promotions, discounts, seasonal pest information, giveaways, referral programs, special offers, new services, and other Honex news. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe method where required by law. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or service-related communications.
12. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
When you visit our website, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. Depending on your device and website interaction, this information may include Internet Protocol address, browser type, operating system, device type, device identifiers, approximate geographic information derived from an IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website or source, date and time of visits, time spent on pages, website interactions, advertising identifiers, cookie identifiers, conversion information, session information, website errors, and other technical or usage information.
This information helps us operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website and advertising.
13. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Honex and companies providing services to us may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, browser storage, conversion tags, and similar technologies for essential website functions, security, remembering preferences, website analytics, measuring advertising performance, understanding customer journeys, attribution, conversion measurement, remarketing, targeted advertising, and improving website performance.
Some technologies are necessary for the website to function properly. Others may be used for analytics or advertising.
14. ANALYTICS
We may use analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the Honex website, including how customers find our website, which pages visitors view, how customers move through the booking process, which advertising campaigns generate bookings, website performance, device and browser usage, conversion rates, and areas where the website can be improved.
Analytics providers may receive device identifiers, IP-derived information, cookie identifiers, website activity, or similar technical information.
15. ADVERTISING AND TARGETED ADVERTISING
Honex advertises its services online. We may use advertising technologies that allow advertising and analytics providers to receive information concerning website visits or interactions, such as cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, device information, IP-derived information, pages viewed, advertisements viewed or clicked, booking events, conversion events, and other website interactions.
We may use this information to measure advertisement performance, determine whether an advertisement resulted in a booking, improve advertising campaigns, prevent advertising fraud, create audiences, remarket Honex services to people who have previously interacted with our website, and display advertisements that may be more relevant to potential customers.
Honex does not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, certain disclosures of identifiers or online activity to advertising platforms may constitute targeted advertising, sharing, or another regulated activity under applicable privacy law even when Honex does not receive money for the information. Where applicable law provides an opt-out right, consumers may request to opt out of qualifying targeted-advertising processing as described below.
16. ADDRESS AUTOCOMPLETE, MAPS AND LOCATION SERVICES
Our website may use mapping, address-validation, geocoding, or address-autocomplete functionality. Information entered into an address field may be processed by a mapping or location-service provider for purposes such as suggesting addresses, validating an address, determining service availability, estimating routes, and assisting with technician scheduling. Use of these functions may cause information such as address queries, IP address, or device information to be processed by the technology provider supplying the functionality.
17. INFORMATION FROM ADVERTISING SOURCES
When you interact with an Honex advertisement, we may receive information concerning the source of the interaction, such as which advertisement was clicked, which advertising campaign generated a website visit, which source referred the visitor, whether a booking resulted from an advertisement, and related attribution information. We use this information to measure and improve our advertising.
18. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND APPOINTMENT LOOKUP
Honex may provide appointment-lookup functionality using information such as customer contact information, booking information, confirmation numbers, or similar identifiers.
In the future, Honex may provide customer accounts or portals. If customer accounts are offered, we may collect account-related information such as username, login credentials, account preferences, customer history, and authentication information. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. We may update this Privacy Policy if future account functionality materially changes the categories of information we collect or how we use them.
19. GIVEAWAYS, CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS
Honex may offer giveaways, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotions. When you enter a promotion, we may collect information such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing or residential address, entry information, and other information reasonably necessary to administer the promotion.
We may use this information to administer the promotion, confirm eligibility, process entries, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, select winners, contact entrants and winners, deliver prizes, maintain legally required records, comply with applicable laws, and communicate concerning the promotion.
A purchase is not required to enter a Honex giveaway where the applicable Official Rules state No Purchase Necessary. Booking or purchasing Honex pest-control services does not eliminate any free alternative method of entry provided in the applicable Official Rules.
Each promotion may have separate Official Rules governing eligibility, entry methods, promotional period, prizes, approximate retail value, winner selection, odds, geographic restrictions, entry limits, notification, taxes, sponsor information, and other promotion-specific conditions. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and promotion-specific Official Rules concerning administration of the promotion, the Official Rules govern the promotion while this Privacy Policy continues to govern our handling of personal information unless otherwise stated.
20. REFERRALS
Honex may operate referral programs. Customers may tell friends, family members, neighbors, or other persons about Honex and provide those individuals with Honex's name, Honex contact information, a referral code, a referral link, or other referral information.
Honex does not require existing customers to provide another person's private contact information merely to tell that person about Honex. If a referred person independently contacts Honex or books service, we may collect information from that individual in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
21. REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS
Honex may invite customers to provide reviews, ratings, feedback, or testimonials. Customers may choose to post reviews through third-party review platforms or provide feedback directly to Honex. Information posted publicly on a third-party review platform may be visible to the public according to that platform's policies.
Honex may reference or display customer reviews in accordance with applicable law and the applicable platform's rules. We will seek appropriate permission before using private customer photographs or other nonpublic personally identifying content in Honex advertising when permission is required.

Honex employees, technicians, contractors, customer-service personnel, managers, and other authorized personnel may access customer information when reasonably necessary to perform their duties. We seek to limit access to information reasonably appropriate for an individual's role.
25. BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If Honex is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale, financing, reorganization, restructuring, bankruptcy, transfer of assets, transfer of ownership, or similar business transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction or related due diligence. A successor business may continue to process information in accordance with applicable law and the privacy commitments that apply to the transferred information.
26. LEGAL, SAFETY AND FRAUD-RELATED DISCLOSURES
We may preserve, use, or disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, respond to a subpoena or court order, respond to lawful government requests, cooperate with regulators, investigate suspected fraud, prevent unauthorized transactions, protect the safety of customers, employees, technicians, or others, enforce our agreements, investigate insurance claims, respond to lawsuits or legal disputes, establish or defend legal claims, protect Honex's rights or property, or respond to an emergency where permitted by law.
27. WE DO NOT SELL PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR MONEY
Honex does not sell customer personal information in exchange for monetary payment. We do not operate a business in which customer lists are sold to data brokers for money.
As described above, however, information used in connection with digital advertising may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising activity under certain privacy laws even where no money changes hands. Where applicable law provides an opt-out right for such processing, Honex will honor qualifying requests as required.
28. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Honex does not intentionally request or collect categories of highly sensitive information that are unnecessary for ordinary pest-control services. We do not ordinarily request Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, passport numbers, biometric identifiers, medical records, health diagnoses, genetic information, account passwords for unrelated services, or other highly sensitive information unrelated to pest-control service. Please do not send us such information unless specifically requested for a legitimate and lawful purpose.
29. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Honex's website and pest-control booking services are intended for adults. Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our ordinary booking process. If we learn that we collected personal information directly from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete or otherwise address the information as required by applicable law.
30. DATA RETENTION
Honex retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which the information was collected and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Retention periods may depend on whether the customer has an active account, service history, regulatory requirements, pesticide-treatment documentation requirements, accounting obligations, tax requirements, recurring-payment records, warranty or retreatment periods, insurance requirements, fraud prevention, dispute history, chargebacks, legal claims, litigation holds, customer-service needs, and other legitimate business requirements.
We may retain certain records after a customer cancels service when reasonably necessary to document services previously performed, maintain financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, defend legal claims, respond to regulatory matters, or prevent fraud. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable law.
31. INFORMATION SECURITY
Honex uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. These measures may include appropriate practices concerning account access, authentication, employee access, payment processing, service-provider access, software and systems, device security, backups, record retention, and incident response.
No method of electronic transmission, storage, or information security is completely secure. Accordingly, Honex cannot guarantee absolute security of personal information. Customers should also take reasonable steps to protect their own devices, accounts, email, telephone numbers, confirmation numbers, and passwords.
32. DATA BREACH RESPONSE
If Honex discovers a security incident involving personal information, we may investigate the incident, take steps to contain it, preserve relevant evidence, notify affected service providers, engage security, insurance, or legal professionals, remediate vulnerabilities, and provide legally required notifications. We will comply with applicable data-breach notification requirements.
33. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including social-media platforms, review platforms, maps, payment services, other websites, or external resources. Honex does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties. When you leave the Honex website or interact directly with a third-party service, that third party's privacy policy and terms may apply.
34. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on applicable law and whether Honex is subject to a particular privacy statute, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the ability to request confirmation of whether we process personal information about you, access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, information about certain disclosures, an opt-out of qualifying targeted advertising, an opt-out of a qualifying sale of personal data, or other rights provided by applicable law.
Honex may choose to honor certain reasonable privacy requests even where a particular statutory requirement does not apply, but doing so does not mean Honex concedes that every privacy statute applies to the business.
35. TARGETED-ADVERTISING OPT-OUT
NOTICE REGARDING TARGETED ADVERTISING: Honex may process or disclose certain online identifiers and website activity for targeted advertising, advertising measurement, remarketing, or similar advertising purposes.
Where applicable law provides the right to opt out of targeted advertising, you may submit an opt-out request using the privacy-contact method described below or through any privacy-choice mechanism Honex makes available on its website. Honex does not sell your personal information for monetary payment.
36. HOW TO SUBMIT A PRIVACY REQUEST
You may submit a privacy-related request by contacting hello@gethonex.com. Use a subject line such as Privacy Request and describe the right you wish to exercise. Honex may also make a website privacy-request mechanism available. Where applicable law requires multiple methods for submitting requests, Honex will maintain the additional methods required by that law.
37. IDENTITY VERIFICATION
To protect customers from unauthorized access or deletion requests, Honex may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain privacy requests. Verification may involve asking you to confirm information reasonably associated with your account or service history. We will not intentionally request unnecessary sensitive information solely for identity verification. If we cannot reasonably authenticate a request, we may be unable to fulfill it to the extent permitted by law.
38. AUTHORIZED AGENTS
Where applicable law permits a consumer to use an authorized agent to exercise a privacy right, Honex may request reasonable evidence that the agent is authorized to act on the consumer's behalf. We may also verify the consumer's identity directly where permitted.
39. PRIVACY REQUEST APPEALS
Where applicable law gives you the right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request, you may submit an appeal using the same privacy contact method and clearly state Privacy Request Appeal. We will review qualifying appeals and respond in accordance with applicable law.
40. NON-DISCRIMINATION
Where applicable law provides privacy rights, Honex will not unlawfully discriminate against a customer solely because the customer exercised those rights. Exercising a privacy right will not by itself cause Honex to deny pest-control services, charge an unlawful discriminatory price, provide an unlawfully lower quality of service, or retaliate against the customer. Nothing in this section requires Honex to provide a service when information genuinely necessary to perform or bill for that service has been deleted or cannot lawfully be processed.
41. DELETION REQUESTS AND SERVICE RECORDS
A request to delete personal information does not necessarily require deletion of every record Honex possesses. We may retain information where permitted or required for purposes including completing a transaction, providing requested service, maintaining legally required pest-control records, processing payments, accounting, taxes, detecting fraud, exercising legal rights, defending legal claims, maintaining insurance records, complying with regulatory obligations, security, enforcing agreements, and other purposes permitted by applicable law.
We may also retain deidentified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify the customer.
42. MARKETING OPT-OUTS
Customers may opt out of marketing emails using an unsubscribe link provided in the email where applicable. Customers may opt out of marketing text messages using the opt-out instructions provided with those messages, where applicable.
A marketing opt-out does not necessarily stop communications necessary to administer an active account, schedule an appointment, provide service, process payments, send receipts, notify customers of account changes, respond to customer requests, or provide other transactional communications.
43. COOKIE AND ADVERTISING CHOICES
Depending on the technology available on our website, visitors may be able to manage certain cookie or advertising preferences through a website privacy or cookie control, browser settings, device settings, advertising-platform controls, or a privacy request submitted to Honex. Blocking certain cookies may affect website functionality. Browser-based cookie deletion may not necessarily opt a user out of every form of advertising processing.
44. DO NOT TRACK AND PRIVACY SIGNALS
Internet browsers and devices may provide privacy preference signals. Honex will recognize legally required universal opt-out mechanisms or privacy signals when and to the extent required by applicable law and technically applicable to our processing. Because standards and legal requirements evolve, our response to particular browser signals may change over time.
45. AGGREGATED AND DEIDENTIFIED INFORMATION
We may create aggregated, anonymized, or deidentified information from information we collect. For example, we may analyze common pest problems by area, service frequency, advertising performance, website usage, callback rates, booking patterns, or operational performance. Where information has been reasonably deidentified so that it is no longer reasonably linked to an identifiable person, we may use it for lawful business purposes.
46. CHANGES TO OUR BUSINESS OR TECHNOLOGY
Honex may change website technology, payment providers, hosting providers, CRM systems, advertising providers, communication providers, analytics services, scheduling software, pest-control systems, or other business technology. This Privacy Policy generally identifies the categories and purposes of third parties rather than naming each vendor.
Changing a vendor does not necessarily require a Privacy Policy amendment if the categories of information and purposes described here remain materially the same. If a change materially affects our privacy practices, we may update this Privacy Policy.
47. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to Honex's services, website, technology, advertising practices, customer features, legal developments, regulatory requirements, or information practices. The revised policy will display an updated Last Updated date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice concerning material changes.
48. CONTACT US

49. FLORIDA PRIVACY NOTICE
Honex currently operates primarily in Florida. To the extent the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or another Florida privacy requirement applies to Honex and a particular consumer or processing activity, Honex intends to comply with applicable requirements.
This Privacy Policy is intended to explain, among other things, categories of information we process, purposes for processing, categories of information we may disclose, categories of recipients, advertising practices, consumer privacy choices, methods of contacting Honex concerning privacy, and other material information concerning Honex's privacy practices. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to waive or limit a privacy right that applicable law makes non-waivable.
50. SUMMARY OF HONEX'S PRIVACY PRACTICES
We collect information necessary to provide and manage pest-control services. We collect service addresses, contact information, booking information, service records, and appropriate transaction information.
We may use cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies. We may use online activity for targeted advertising and remarketing, subject to applicable privacy rights. We do not sell customer personal information for monetary payment.
We may send service communications and, where permitted, promotional emails and text messages. We may document pest-control work using technician notes and photographs.
We may collect information to administer giveaways, including promotions with a no-purchase-necessary entry method. We share information with categories of service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate Honex and for other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We generally do not publicly disclose our internal technology vendors merely because they provide services to our business. Customers may contact us at hello@gethonex.com concerning privacy requests and available privacy choices. We use reasonable security measures, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Implementation note: The website should provide an accessible privacy-request/advertising-choice mechanism and, where legally required, a functional way to manage advertising cookies or targeted-advertising preferences. Giveaway privacy practices are covered here, but each giveaway should also have separate Official Rules.
